In the Alerts section, you can view all the alerts that created for all processes.


Alerts Settings

Delete Alert

Check each Alert and select Delete Selected Alerts to remove the Alerts from the Management Console. Use the top checkbox to Select All. Alerts will automatically be removed from the Management Console based on the configured Alerts TTL in Settings -> General.

NOTE: Deleteing alerts, will NOT remove the alerts from the JetBackup Servers.

View Process Log

Click on 'View Process Log' to view the related JetBackup log for that selected alert.

JetBackup 5 Alerts do NOT have a Process Log associated with the Alert. See the Server Logs for more information on the alert.
