Alerts

In the Alerts section, you can view and acknowledge all alerts generated from JetBackup processes.

Alerts

Alert Types

  • Information Alerts - Minor alerts that will not be affected on JetBackup features.
    You will be notified when a custom hook has failed etc.
  • Warning Alerts - Major alerts that might affect JetBackup features.
    You will be notified when backup jobs finished with status partially completed, no backup destination was found for JB configurations export etc.
  • Critical Alerts - Major alerts that will affect JetBackup features.
    You will be notified when backup jobs, daily cron run or restore processes has failed, the backup job hasn't run for a few days etc.

Acknowledge Alerts

Acknowledging Alerts tells JetBackup to stop sending notifications regarding alerts you may have. All acknowledged alerts that are 3 Days or older are then automatically deleted.

In order to Acknowledge Alerts, select the preferred alert(s) and click on Acknowledge Selected.
