Import / Export settings

Starting from JetBackup 3.2+ you can now import/export your JetBackup settings through the CLI.
Simple export to a default path.

Please note that if you use this tool to duplicate your server don't forget to change the backup directory on the destination settings to a unique directory.

Command

jetbackup --export

Command Alias

jetcli backup --export

Example Output

[root@example ~]# jetbackup --export
Export Location: /usr/local/jetapps/usr/jetbackup/exports/jetbackup_export_1509458670.tar

Export to a specific path

jetbackup --export /exports

Command Alias

jetcli backup --export /exports

Import settings

jetbackup --import /exports/jetbackup_export_1509458693.tar
