Client Area
JetBackup WHMCS module will also be accessible to your client's through WHMCS Client area. A product can also show up in the order form (if you choose to when you created the service - Services)
Only one JetBackup addon service can be purchased per product
If for some reason JetBackup doesn't show up in the client area, please make sure you followed the guidelines in our Initial Configuration
Add the backup service during the product order
OR Add the module to an existing product
Resellers / Servers
The JetBackup module can be also applied to resellers / Servers products. Those can choose which of these accounts to apply the service for.
Important Note: Once activated for resellers, billing will not be applied for the reseller's cPanel accounts. JetBackup service should be activated individually for each reseller's cPanel account -
