How do I download backup?

Step 1 - Choose a Backup to Download

• Go to JetBackup > Backups

• Click the “Download” button located underneath the selected backup.

  

• A popup window will appear. Click the “Download” button in the popup to start the download process.

  

Step 2 - Monitor the Progress

• As soon as you click “Download” the process will be added to the JetBackup > Queue. Wait until the queue runs successfully and the backup is completed.

  

Step 3 - Download the Backup

After the download process is successfully completed and the backup is ready, you can download it using either of the following methods:

• From the Queue: Go to JetBackup > Queue, and click the “Download” button next to the completed backup task.

  

• OR From the Downloads Section: Navigate to JetBackup > Downloads, locate the backup you requested, and click the “Download” button to save it to your local device.
