How can I exclude database tables from backup?

Step 1 - Configure the Backup Job

  • Go to JetBackup > Backup Jobs.
  • Edit the backup job where you want to exclude database tables or create a new one

Step 2 - Enable “Exclude Database Tables” Options

  • Make sure “Database” options is unable.
  • In the job settings, locate the Backup Contains section.
  • Enable the “Exclude Database Tables” option.

Step 3: - Select Tables to Exclude

  • After enabling Exclude Databases, a list of databases will appear.

  • You’ll now see a list of its tables. Simply select the tables you want to exclude from the backup.


Step 4 - Save the Backup Job

  • Review your selections.
  • Click “Save” to apply the changes.
