How to Back Up to Multiple Destinations in JetBackup WordPress Plugin?

JetBackup for WordPress allows you to configure and use multiple backup destinations. Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1 – Create Multiple Destinations

  • Go to JetBackup > Destinations
  • Click “Create new destination”
  • Choose your destination type (Local, Google Drive, S3, etc.)
  • Fill in the required fields and click Save
  • Repeat the steps to add more destinations (e.g., both Local and Google Drive)

📘 For detailed instructions, refer to the Destination Documentation.

Step 2 – Configure the Backup Job

  • Go to JetBackup > Backup Jobs

  • Edit an existing backup job or create a new one

  • Assign multiple destinations to the job

Step 3 – Run the Backup Job

  • Once the job is set up, click “Run Now”

Step 4 – Monitor the Progress

Once the backup is triggered, it will appear in the JetBackup > Queue. Wait for the queue to complete successfully.

After the process finishes, visit the JetBackup > Backups page. You’ll see a list of all available backups. From here, you can:

  • Download backup files
  • Perform restore actions
