How to Back Up to Multiple Destinations in JetBackup WordPress Plugin?
JetBackup for WordPress allows you to configure and use multiple backup destinations. Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1 – Create Multiple Destinations
- Go to JetBackup > Destinations
- Click “Create new destination”
- Choose your destination type (Local, Google Drive, S3, etc.)
- Fill in the required fields and click Save
- Repeat the steps to add more destinations (e.g., both Local and Google Drive)

Step 2 – Configure the Backup Job

Go to JetBackup > Backup Jobs

Edit an existing backup job or create a new one

Assign multiple destinations to the job
Step 3 – Run the Backup Job

Once the job is set up, click “Run Now”
Step 4 – Monitor the Progress
Once the backup is triggered, it will appear in the JetBackup > Queue. Wait for the queue to complete successfully.
After the process finishes, visit the JetBackup > Backups page. You’ll see a list of all available backups. From here, you can:
- View backup details
- Download backup files
- Perform restore actions
⚠️ Note: The free version only supports local backups. Remote destinations (e.g., Google Drive, S3) are only available in the premium version. Please upgrade to unlock remote backups and additional features.
